These days, throwbacks are just around the corner. From fashion to film, you name it. Is it because there’s not much new to offer or are we just suckers to the “good old times”?

OFF TRACK OUTLET rides this wave of rewinds by reviving the VHS tape. He gets modern movie masterpieces like Birdman and Nightcrawler, your latest Star Wars and Jurassic Park, and translates them to the format you knew growing up.

Who doesn’t love cartoons?! Los Angeles-based creative studio LAUNDRY did a few idents for The Simpsons on American TV network FX. Personally, we think these should play in a gallery after their airing on television, but that’s just us.

Featuring the enigmatic singer Jess Connelly, the first collection from Manila-based brand GIRL IN TRANSIT captures the right kind of attention.

References from Dirty Dancing, Josie and the Pussycats, and Lichtenstein are prevalent in their S/S 2016 debut dubbed “Lovers In The Parking Lot.”

At the end of their lookbook, the brand teased male counterpart Boy in Transit for Summer 2017. By the looks of it, we’re definitely in for a ride. You can shop the collection online.
